If a user forgets the PIN code or enters the wrong PIN code five times in a row, the user can reset the PIN code.

To reset a user’s PIN code, an SMS OTP code will be sent to the mobile number the user verified upon creating the user’s Facewallet. The user enters the verification code received.

Set a new PIN code.
