On January 13, 2023, we are happy to inform you about the newly added features and improvements to Face Wallet.
Migration to WalletConnect v2

According to an announcement from WalletConnect, it is migrating from v1 to v2. All wallets and dapps supporting WalletConnect will be required to migrate to v2 as well.
Face Wallet has already migrated successfully! We support both of v1 and v2. Just paste the link to connect via WalletConnect from any Dapp without considering whether the Dapp supports v2 or not.
Face Wallet will automatically connect to the appropriate version whether the Dapp is on v1 or v2. You and your users need not worry for now. The UX remains unchanged.
